PRELIMINARY VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
ERACISM PRODUCTION INC and ERACISM RECORD LLC are currently seeking responsible individuals to volunteer at the 1st ANNUAL ERACISM “LOVE, PEACE AND MUSIC” Fest. The Festival will be held at the Dan Calloway Park located at 1420 W. 10th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 on Saturday, February 23 and Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 11am-11pm. BE A VOLUNTEER
Volunteers must be 16 years of age and older. Any volunteer under 18 years of age must have parental permission and an official Eracism Music Festival waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please complete the form below and submit the Volunteer Form online. An automatic response will be sent to your email address on file. Please note that there will be MANDATORY VOLUNTEER MEETINGS AND TRAINING prior to the Festival. For minors seeking to volunteer, your parent or legal guardian will be required to accompany you to the meeting and submit the Volunteer Release Form with an original signature (you will be notified as to meeting dates and times). Volunteer shifts are available for one (1) or two (2) days of the Festival and are filled on a first come, first served basis. Volunteers must be able to work at least six (6) hours shift. They will have thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour break for lunch and personal activities. Please note that volunteers are not permitted to bring any weapons of any form whatsoever, including but not limited to knives, blades, guns, pepper spray, tasers, box cutters, and any pointed or sharp objects of any form that may harm or imposed danger on an individual. Volunteers must be friendly, courteous, and respectful and be able to provide great customer service to all patrons and peers.
