PRELIMINARY MERCHANDISE VENDOR APPLICATION
ERACISM PRODUCTION INC and ERACISM RECORD LLC are proud to bring an annual cultural festival to
the City of Riviera Beach that will appeal to all ages and musical tastes.
The opportunity now exists for vending at the 2013 Eracism Music Festival to be held at the Dan
Calloway Park located at 1420 W. 10th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 on Saturday, February 23 and
Sunday, February 24, 2013. Please complete the form below and click on the pay now button and
and checkout at the bottom of the page to hold your spot as a possible vendor in the
1st ANNUAL ERACISM “LOVE, PEACE AND MUSIC” Festival.(money back if not chosen for the festival)
All applications along with fees must be received by December 21, 2012 to be considered as a Merchandise Vendor for the Festival.
If you are selected, Eva will send you a formal vendor contract that will be due with proof of insurance and state and local permits b January 21, 2013.
The fees for vending at this event for Merchandise Vendors are as follows: 10 X 10 Space, $200 for 1
day and $300 for 2 days
